Site Information

Power:
The Okanogan County Public Utility District No.1 provides power to the development through an underground, 3-phase network.

Telecommunications:
Telecommunications to the development is provided by Century Link Commnunications.

Fiberoptic Communications:
Okanogan County P.U.D No.1 has provided a 144 strand fiberoptic cable adjacent to the development, along copple Road.

Sanitary Sewer:
The development is served by 8" diameter PVC sanitary sewer pipelines.

Storm Drainage:
All storm runoff is retained and disposed of on site. Retention/Detention ponds and dry wells allow for filtration and treatment of runoff prior to entry into the ground.

Roads:
All internal streets are designed and built to City of Omak standards.

Zoning:
All of North Omak Business Park is zoned Light Industrial.

Airport:
Omak municipal Airport is approximately three miles northwest of the development. It is the third largest airport in North Central Washington. With a runway of 4,654 feet in length and 150 feet wide, it can accommodate large aircraft (400,000 lb)

Transportation:
Omak is served by US Highway 97, State Highways 20, 155 and 17. A local short line railroad runs from Oroville, Washington to Wenatchee, Washington, connecting with the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railroad in Wenatchee.
